Having Trouble

     Due to many setbacks in life and things going wrong again. The man cannot do what he set out to do. Yet I am an artist and not a homeless person. Even so many artists end up homeless due to things going wrong in their lifes. Not everyone can handle living with an artist because we all seem to get lost in our ways.
     Many people relapse in life and have to go through the hardship of loosing their friends to the elements of life and nature. This winter so far here in Brighton the cold has taken the lifes of 10 homeless people which is a disgrace. Some of these people where looking for help yet they had no local connection so they had to suffer in vain.
     I have been sleeping outside myself even though I did this journey I have no local connection and understand everything.
     The coldest temperture here has been -7oC. This not much compared to some places I have been on my journey. No much wonder many homeless people have to sqawt buildings to get out of the cold. Yet even if they do this then they are not classified as being homeless.
     I must admit I cannot wait until the summer again because by hook or by crook I am going to be creating my art on Brighton seafront where it really belongs since this is the birth place of my art.
     Maybe one day this book will happen so I can make a difference or maybe I can get that funding to start up my ownn homeless charity that actually does care about helping those who need help. Many homeless come to Brighton to get help and to get away from alcohol and drug addiction but because they have no local connection they don't get the chance to change. Maybe in the future I can help make this happen and I can give people a chance to go on tour with me again to help change their lifes around forever.

Next few days

                   Over the next few days I am going to be putting up loads of photos on my Pebblestone Art 4 U blog. Sorry no one can actually buy this stuff yet. I am having technical difficulties at present. Once solved then these items will be put up for grabs.
                   The best piece so far is a bumble bee that took 2 weeks to create. It is my first sculptured tea-candle holder. Both wings hold one tea-candle in each.
                   I have now found a fabric shop willing to give me their plast rolls which makes perfect stands for my art. Even recycling these to me is a bonus.
                   Hoping in the future to get more shops involved in selling what I am creating. Yet the beach is still the place for me so I can still keep spreading my joy to everyone.
                   Thank you to everyone who has supported me and now starting to follow this blog. If it wasn't for all of you people then this crazy man would still be homeless. Thank you.
                   Now can I make my art even better and cooler so I can help people who are in the same situation that I have been in. Create jobs or even take them on the same journey as myself so they can live the dream and get their lives back on track again.
                   That is what one child said to me at Stokes Bay, Gossport. "Heah mate I wish I was YOU". "Why?" "Because you living the dream man". He had a house and I had a sleeping in a sleeping bag. I look back at that and realised that he could be the next homeless person. Would I want that to happen to him? Don't think so.
                   I am a very proud man but that does not make me an artist. Yet real art comes from the soul. I have dreampt of these moments but never thought they would happen. Now all my dreams are coming true slowly but surely. Thank you for believing in me and respect to you all.

Dr Geebers The Pebblemans future goals

Dr Geebers The Pebbleman walked 6800 miles, created on 40 beaches and moved over 2000 tonnes of pebbles and stones to create art pieces like the one above.

Now he has started creating small miniature pieces of artwork like tea-candle holders and miniature sculptures for people to buy.

10% of all net profits of Dr Geebers The Pebblemans art pieces will be going to help homeless charities.

I started of being homeless myself and know how hard it is to try and turn your life back around.

I could not get sponsorship for my journey because I was simply homeless and creating art to survive.

I wasn’t on benefits because if you have been working it can take time to get such a thing. So you got to survive somehow and creating free art for the public was my way of giving something back.

I have been in more local newspapers and on the news in various places for creating my art.

I am in the process of writing a book about my journey and experiences along the way.

The proceeds of that book will also be going to help homeless charities.

I did not set of to do such a journey it simply happened because of a drunken bet between two homeless people in Brighton.

Now I have completed one heck of a trip on foot, living outside, with the support of local people where ever I went.

I would love to attempt the journey again in the future, only this time with two or three young homeless people and give them a chance to use their artistic skills. This could change their life’s around also.

Could also make a good documentary or film.
